  DR Rahmani has to be the best doctor I've ever had at the Oasis medical center at rexall in Cochrane ! I'm recently being treated for Lyme disease and he has been so caring and understanding and has been such a big help with the process and helping me deal with this and start the road to recovery . Having a doctor that listens to his patients and cares enough to go the extra mile is so rare and I'm very thankful hes my doctor and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health after seeing him

  Slow. My doctor is always late. The staff that work there do not inform you of anything do not call to verify appointments. I have to work and when my doctor is 1/2+behind schedule is VERY inconvenient. Never going back.

  I started coming to this clinic because it is almost impossible for me to get away from work during the week. I found a doctor at this clinic who works evenings which worked perfectly for me. As soon as this doctor became my family doctor he then stopped working evenings. Every time I need to see him (every 1 to 2 months) he is on vacation. I can't even get a prescription refilled by my own doctor. I would strongly strongly recommend taking you and you're family somewhere where they actually have physicians that work full time and keep solid hours.

  We booked an appointment here to have our children seen, as our family doctor is in another city. We weren’t taken into a room until an hour after our appointment, and waited an additional 20 minutes to be seen. Trying to keep two small, sick kids calm for that long is extremely stressful! When we were finally seen by Dr. Ali, he didn’t care to know much about my children’s symptoms and rushed us out of there. The staff at the reception desk however, were very friendly.

  Went in on June 13th to meet with Dr. Ali, as he was taking new patients and I moved to Cochrane. After the first visit, he suggested I book a physical, which I did for early July. That week came, and it got rescheduled to early August. Just got a call now to say it was being rescheduled again. I'm not sure I should need to wait 2+ months to have a physical to decipher what I need to do to get healthy, so I am going to find a clinic that attempts to keep appointments (as I'm not sure if it's Dr. Ali or the overall administrative uselessness of Oasis that is to blame).
