  We are constantly being encouraged to support local businesses and where we can we have always done so. I just had a situation however which has me starting to re-think that practice in some situations. While most of the local businesses we have dealt with have been excellent there is at least one exception. Over the course of the past eight or ten months I have visited this business in at least four or five occasions with a view to getting a new battery for the remote for our car. I have done so because I purchased a protection plan which allows me three replacement batteries. EVERY time I have gone in the business does not have the battery I need. It is the same story. An employee checks the wall, no batteries. The employee checks the computer which tells him ether have nine of the batteries. The employee goes to the back and returns to tell me they do not have the battery. When I complained today the employee said he understood but not to complain to him since he does not do the ordering etc. He also asked if I had tried another location. I indicated yes, Calgary. From now on I will always go to Calgary and will NEVER dawn the doors of that business again. There was no effort on the part of the employee to say, he would take to whoever does the ordering or the owner or anything else for that matter. He simply washed his hands and basically said it was not his problem. Since this has been going on for at least eight months, whoever is dong the ordering is depending on the computer to tell them what needs to be ordered and obviously when you have nine batteries you don't need to order more. The fact of the matter is the store does not have nine batteries but clearly NO employee has taken any initiative to rectify this situation. Not only has that store lost me as a customer but I will tell everyone I know not to bother shopping there.

  Easy access & great service & pleasant atmosphere. Suggestion; store shud consider high table & chairs while making the transition of purchasing new cellphones & signing & collaboration for clients to sit at. It is not a fast process by any means & standing for over an hour was tuff especially for a senior or a handicap person.

  They don't have a very big selection.
